Gold Coin Steak

This recipe comes from my mother, I remember her making this when I was a child. While I loved the taste I never enjoyed water chestnuts. Making this as an adult, I found the water chestnuts added a different texture to the whole dish. Super easy to make, tasty but make sure you use the amount of garlic that is right for you!
